Summer Volleyball League Details
League Location

Important Dates
Season Start Date: Tuesday, June 3 & Wednesday, June 4
Early Registration Deadline: February 28
Final Registration Deadline: April 30
Season Dates: Teams will play 2 matches per night on EITHER Tuesday OR Wednesday each week between 5:30-8:30pm. Teams will play 8 games in 4 weeks as this league is designed for the girls to get a high volume of game touches.

EARLY Registration Cost: $140 / child
* NOTE: You must register and pay in full by the early registration deadline to receive the discounted price!
Registration Cost: $165 / child
Scholarships: We have a limited number of partial scholarships available. You must be registered and paid before the early registration deadline ends to receive the scholarship rate. Any registrations NOT paid before the early registration deadline will LOSE the scholarship rate and pay the full registration price to be placed on a team.
Grades & Divisions
Grades: Current (2024-2025 school year) 5th through 9th grade girls (4th graders are welcome, but would be in the 5th grade division)

Divisions: We plan to split into 3 divisions, by grade/competitive level:
- 5th grade (4th grade are welcome but would play in 5th grade division)
- 6th-7th grade
- 8th-9th grade
Practices & Coaching
This is our bridge league designed to get players a high volume of touches on the ball in a 4 week period. Teams will play 8 games in 4 weeks on weeknights in June (Tuesdays or Wednesdays each week). There will be no organized practices by the league. Our coaches are volunteers so if you have volleyball experience we would love to have you coach with us!

Season Dates: Games played on Sunday afternoons between 2-6pm, No games Labor Day weekend.
Games Per Team: 6+ games per team
Registration Cost
$165 / player (includes practice and game times, player shirt, and pre-season clinic)

Grades: 5th through 9th grade girls (4th grade are welcome, but would play up)

Practices & Coaching
This is an instructional league. Volleyball is a difficult sport to play for younger ages so many girls in our league will be playing organized volleyball for one of the first times. Our goal is for your daughter to walk away after six weeks with a basic understanding of the game and the fundamentals of the sport.
Every team will be given a 1.5 hour slot on Sundays for games (2-330p, 330-5p, 5-630p). A tentative plan is the first 30 minutes we will host a clinic on each court focusing on a different skill each week to help the girls get touches on the ball and develop skill. The following hour the girls will play a game. The distribution of time for clinics and games could vary by age and as the season progresses. For example, in week 1 the teams may do 35 minutes of practice and 55 minutes of a match but in week 6 they may do 15 minutes of practice and a 75 minute match.

For example, in week 1 the teams may do 40 minutes of practice and 40 minutes of a match but in week 6 they may do 20 minutes of practice and a 60 minute match.
