Winter Volleyball League Details

League Locations:

Choose your preferred league location in either Donelson OR East Nashville

Donelson will play at the Mid State Sports Center (207 Shady Grove Rd Nashville, TN)
East Nashville will play at East End Prep (1406 McGavock Pike Nashville, TN)

Important Dates

Early Registration Deadline: Sunday November 15, 2026

Registration Deadline: Sunday December 13, 2026

Season Start Date: Sunday January 10, 2027

Season Dates: Games played on Sunday afternoons between 1-7pm

Jan 10,17,24,31
Feb 7,21 (no games Feb 14)

Games Per Team: 6+ games per team (Including Playoffs!)

Registration Cost

EARLY Registration Cost: $140 / child

* NOTE: You must register and pay in full by the early registration deadline to receive the discounted price!

Registration Cost: $165 / child

Late Registration Fee:

Any league fees paid AFTER the Registration Deadline will incur a $20 Late Registration Fee. This additional fee will be added to the registration cost for your child, and is determined by the date you paid – not by the date you submitted the registration form.

Scholarships: We have a limited number of partial scholarships available. You must be registered and paid before the early registration deadline ends to receive the scholarship rate. Any registrations NOT paid before the early registration deadline will LOSE the scholarship rate and pay the full registration price to be placed on a team.

Grades & Divisions

Grades: 4th through 10th grade girls!

Divisions: We encourage very advanced 4th graders to play in 5/6th and very advanced 6th graders to play in 7th and up. Please indicate on your registration form if this is your wish

3/4th Grade
5/6th Grade
7th Grade & Up (split into 3 levels: Recreational, Intermediate, & Competitive)– The competitive division is entry by team only and will NOT have a 30-min practice during their time slot. Instead they’ll play a best 3 of 5 match.

Practices & Coaching

Every team will be given a 90 minute slot on Sundays for games. Teams will have 30 minutes to practice and develop skill and the following hour the girls will play a 3-set match. Teams will be coached by volunteers.
